Due to the personal nature of beauty and skincare products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).

Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided in our response.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund.
