If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Shipping Lead Time
All orders have 3-5 business day lead time once placed. Once we ship your order, you will then be provided with the tracking number and the estimated date of arrival of the package.
Returns
To be eligible for a return,

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the time you received it.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in its original packaging

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, you will be notified that we have received it and of the status of your refund.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the original method of purchase.
Shipping
You, the buyer will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping cost are nonrefundable. If you are issued a refund, the original shipping charged will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
You may return damaged or defective products to Totally Natu-Real after contacting essie@totallynatureal.com. Please include picture of the damaged or defective product.
***Please check your order after receiving it and if there is anything missing call or email us right away. Have ready your order number and the items missing so that we can address your issues promptly. Missing, damaged or incorrect items from orders older than 20 days will be issued an in-store credit. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
